International Art Festival is an online festival, three weeks in April 2027, where creators from the USA and Europe sell at the same time. Fans pay no shipping. You ship nothing until it has sold: after the festival you send what sold to our warehouse in St. Louis, and we take it from there. No stock up front, no parcels to Europe, no paperwork.

What we take care of for you in Europe
- EU VAT and customs: we charge it, file it, pay it
- Product safety rules and the required markings; we are the responsible party, not you
- Packaging registration and recycling rules
- Payment, the parcel to the fan, returns and the EU right of return, customer service
- You send your sold items to our warehouse in St. Louis, and we ship them over the pond for you: one dollar per item, no minimum quantity. So there is no risk even if you only have a few fans in Europe. Or send to both warehouses yourself.

What is settled
What if a fan returns something, or has a problem?
We handle the fan. If a parcel is damaged, lost or returned, we sort it out and refund the fan; you never deal with a customer about an order. European fans have a legal right of return; we take care of that too.
What if something gets lost or damaged?
If something arrives damaged or gets lost on the way to the fan, we refund or replace it and deal with the fan. We ask every creator to add a few extras to their box for exactly that. If more goes wrong than the extras cover, we sort it out with you directly. Your extras stay in our warehouse for free. After a year we ship them back to you, or you use them in the next festival.
